There’s something quietly magical about a wedding that unfolds entirely outdoors, beneath the open Stellenbosch sky. Hannah and James chose Navarre Residence for exactly this reason — a setting where the mountains, the light, and the landscape could do much of the storytelling. As a warm, easygoing couple who cherish time with the people they love, they wanted their day to feel effortless, elegant, and deeply personal — a celebration as timeless as their love story.

Hannah and James envisioned a wedding that felt like it had stepped straight off the cover of a glossy bridal magazine — polished, romantic, and unmistakably classic. We built the design around a palette of lush greens and soft white, with the faintest whisper of blue woven through for depth. A flower-laden arch framed their ceremony, flanked by clean-lined classic chairs and abundant greenery that softened the outdoor setting into something intimate. As the evening unfolded, candlelight and fairy lights took over, casting a warm, dreamy glow across the reception — long rectangular tables dressed in white, and a simple three-tier cake finished with delicate blooms. Every detail was chosen to feel formal without being fussy, romantic without losing its structure — black-tie elegance, softened by nature.
