Living in Australia, we could not have had the wedding we had without the incredible I do box team! Their end-to-end planning and coordination service was best in class, from our first Skype 18 months before the wedding, to the team being onsite from dusk till dawn on the wedding day ensuring it ran without a hiccup, we could not fault them!

 

The ongoing communication over Skype and email during the planning stage gave us constant peace of mind and took a lot of the pressure off the wedding preparation. It was the most exciting time of our lives and the last thing we wanted was to be stressed.

From our first virtual meeting (and our first meeting in person six months before the wedding) we knew Keelynwas going to be a great person to work with. We had to put a lot of trust into the I do box team, particularly when it came to suppliers as we really did not know the South African wedding industry at all, but they could not have got the brief more perfect. 

 

Aside from all the hard work to meet our brief for all the big-ticket items, it was the little things that really showed us the value of having a wedding planner like I do box - like where can we get Laura’s engagement ring cleaned before the wedding? Can the spray tan service come to the venue? Where can Jess go to have his beard groomed?! Nothing was too hard for them!

I started the wedding planning phase on my own because I absolutely love to plan things, but I reached a point where it was impossible for me to complete all the tasks that lay ahead in planning a wedding on my own. 

I contacted I do Box and they immediately took over everything for me, but what I loved the most is they still kept me completely involved in the planning. So I still got to plan my wedding but not have to deal with all the tedious back and forth emails with regards to bookings etc.

When it came to our actual wedding day, I couldn’t have asked for any other ladies more awesome than the I do Box team! They took all the stress of the typical wedding day stresses away and I literally felt like a princess from the moment I woke up to the following day, not having to deal with one hiccup as they took care of everything for us on the day and also the following day.
